A few Bandidos rode to a scheduled meeting and were ambushed by some Cossacks affiliated with law enforcement. Most of the 200 had nothing to do with it. Renya wants to boost his political career off of this.

It seems the police did most or all the killing, arrested everyone without individual cause, have acted corruptly at every turn. Not saying the victims or those charges are innocent, but from what I read the cops, prosecutors, and judges have abused their positions.
