As a non practicing Catholic, I sometimes felt prods can be a preacher just by forming a church. I have an ex brother in law who is a preacher. No formal training, married 3 times and the reason was always his philandering. Since moving south and running into these people that their first response is, “I’m a Christian.” Sorry that’s a big red flag.
In no way is this denying the Catholic pedophile crap. All of those should have been exposed and jailed for their crimes.
