Yes, I am. I kinda fell off the wagon during the 3 months of Sciatica stuff. So I got religion now, need to knock off a few lbs, and make sure my triglycerides are ok for the blood test/cardiologist visit later this month.
As long as I stay at around 60 carbs, I don’t gain weight, and don’t get huge amount of ankle swelling. If I go over that, I gain weight and feet, ankles and lower leg swells.
I miss bread the most, but eating some apple, berries, tomatoes are more nutritious than bread. So I just don’t eat bread anymore, unless I make it myself-so it’s really satisfying and great tasting. Don’t miss sweets.

Absolutely wonderful. I made mine in little pyrex bowls. Lots of recipes on that site. I toasted the halves under the broiler and then put a pat of butter on them.
