I don't buy it was the Navy, unless it was an off-duty aviator flying a private aircraft. That was done with a stunt plane equipped with a smoke generator.

From Wikipedia: "NASWI supports the MH-60S Seahawk helicopter and the EA-18G Growler, P-3C Orion, P-8 Poseidon, EP-3E ARIES II and C-40 Clipper fixed-wing aircraft."

Which of these Navy aircraft has a smoke generator that can be turned on and off on command, and can make such a tight and precise figure eight?

Two observations:

1) Persistent contrailing altitude (no NOT chemtrails)

2) That was done by an excellent stick and rudder pilot.

The closest would be a Growler, but those look tight for a Growler.
