Although, it was obvious a set of horrific mistakes compounding on one another which led to me serving time in being released from prison, said Seaba.

I find it hard to belief that he would have been elected if this was a real murder in the ordinary sense. I'm 67 and in the "old days" he would never have been elected, not even as a Democrat.

Nothing new. Massachusetts sent a known killer to the US Senate for 30+ years.

The owner over-oiled the gun. He drops it and shoots the guy in the head. Later, he comes back to pick it up, and he juggles the slippery gun as it fires repeatedly. Could happen to anybody.

I understand that happens a lot with revolvers, so the solution is to only use submachine guns.

Did you ever listen to the 911 tapes?
Seaba left the victim to go to the phone.
“911 - what is your emergency?”
“Um - I just killed a guy on accident.”
“Okay - are you sure he’s dead?”
“Um - hold on.”
.
.
Bang..Bang...Bang...Bang
“Um - yeah - he’s dead. Now what?”

Lo! yeah, right? When I first heard about ‘’sexual harassment in DC’’ I said “I thought Ted Kennedy was dead?’’.

Parr for the course.
It’s a public school board position!

Possibly he was found guilty of murder but there were a lot of extenuating circumstances. Maybe the other guy started it. Maybe it was self-defense. Maybe someone else was at risk. Maybe he had a lousy lawyer. Unfortunately the article does not give any details whatever. I find it hard to belief that he would have been elected if this was a real murder in the ordinary sense.

I agree with you. Without knowing the circumstances it is foolish to pass judgment.

Like, the victim was a conservative republican.

A detective on the case said Seaba shot the victim five times . . . Although, it was obvious a set of horrific mistakes compounding on one another which led to me serving time in prison Turning left when you were supposed to go right is a mistake. Kissing the wrong sister when you are dating twins is a mistake. Once you get around to shooting the same person a fifth time, it's a stretch to call your actions a mistake.
