Charities must do more to ensure boards “reflect the communities they serve”, the charity watchdog has warned, after a report found the vast majority of trustees are white.
The Charity Commission urged charities to encourage applications from women, young people, and ethnic minorities, presenting research which revealed that 92 per cent of trustees are white and more than half are retired.
“There is a danger that charity trustee boards might become myopic in their views,” said the report, which was commissioned by the Office for Civil Society and the Charity Commission.

Based on this, I think it would be best for white people to quit donating to charities, so their funds are not somehow tainted by the Caucasian influence. JMHO

The phrase, being “too white” means, black folks ain’t gettin’ enuff freebies.
The boards are usually based on people who expressed interest in the organization’s.
Whites should not contribute financially to any organization that signs onto the idea that Whites are bad and that therefor they need to have less Whites involved.
It’s OK to be white.
This only shows that more whites volunteer to do charitable work than non-whites and more males volunteer for rescue squads than females. The key work the complainers are ignoring is “volunteer” — I guess they want to draft folks to do charitable and/or rescue work than have folks volunteering for it. or to make it a new government job.
So they should be full of Muslim “grooming gang” members?
The UK government should stop accepting tax money from white people—don’t want the .gov getting too myopic in their views either!
Most universities would declare a sign saying that to be hate speech.
