No. They do not have an age of consent, at present. It seems more likely this is an anti-Islamic backlash. An anti-Islamic backlash would be to set age of consent to 16 or higher. That the Justice Minister is even openly considering having the age of consent be 13, indicates bowing to Islamic pressure.

Something strange...that an EU with an interest in micromanaging every facet of life does not set a uniform age of consent for member states. It’s 14 in Germany, for example.
