Just touching fentanyl or accidentally inhaling the substance during enforcement activity or field testing the substance can result in absorption through the skin and that is one of the biggest dangers with fentanyl.

I am not familiar with fentanyl. It's a fairly new thing. It looks like you are correct.

With PCP, one can absorb the effects merely by coming into contact with someone under the influence through physical contact (sweat or inhalation).

I'm not sure that's the case with fentanyl. My quick research seems to indicate that coming into contact with the actual substance is necessary to suffer it's affects.
