First thing I thought of when I saw the amount she was suing for - It’s probably just “small” enough that the Dolphins will pay her off instead of using their resources to fight it, and she walks away with $10k. Some people make suing others their livelihood.

Yep. And when you pay them off, you just encourage more of the same behavior. We really need a loser-pays system of justice.
