The Ted Turner listing shows him down 43,000 acres. That was from selling land near the Drummond Ranch to the Osage Indian Tribe. The sale included the bison Turner kept on the ranch. The place he sold was between Fairfax and Pawhuska. I’m from the area and now live near Tulsa. I’m also an occasional volunteer at the Tallgrass Prairie Preserve which is north of Pawhuska and abuts the Drummond property.
