I watched nothing yesterday. I have been slowly reducing my consumption, like cutting down on cigarettes. I am now down to zero.
I have more energy and breath more easily!
Only sports I watched this weekend was Dortmund vs Bayern Munich.
That’s fantastic. I only watch occasional sports now, after watching it all the time for nearly 20 years.
