I hear the Zombies all vote for Democrats.

Must be what all that Democrat “walking around money” is for.

If they keep writing the tripe as shown last season, they can count me out as a fan.

Talk like that is a good sign the show is running out of steam.
I wouldn't be surprised if they were talking like that about House of Cards just a few weeks back.

Fear the Walking Dead was/is pathetic. The main show is stumbling along. They better focus on saving what theyve got before thinking they have the next Dr. Who.
Does The Walking Dead have the most gay characters of any mainstream show? Tara, Jesus, that one gay guy and his gutshot boyfriend, Taras various dead girlfriends. You watch this show and begin to think gays are at least 40% of the population.

Not if the ratings keep going like this. I haven’t even watched this season yet. They’re following the comics too closely, it no longer feels like a different story, it’s now just the same story with actors.

First 4 seasons were great. Bailed after that.

The number of plots and scenarios are limited and this series already seems exhausted.
It may play for another season or two, but it is becoming the same-ole each season.

Ghosts>Frankenstein>Vampires>Aliens>Zombies...
As with the other fictional fears zombies will play-out when something new is introduced and takes hold.

It died and hasn’t been buried. Yes, an immortal zombie show but don’t expect everyone else to be zombies and follow the dreck.
Great beginning, stinks now. Let it die.

AMC used to be a good movie channel. Not anymore. It’s Walking Dead, night & day. For those of us not afraid of the boogie man it is boring as Hell. Trash TV.

Not if they stay on the trajectory Season 8 is on.

I don't know ... If it were me, I would conclude the series with one final, apocalyptic battle, like the one going on now between the Ricksters and the Neganites, then call it quits. There are really only so many stories they can tell, and the man vs. zombie followed by man vs. man is pretty much played out.
But I guess there are still a few bucks to be wrung out of the old Dead.
But mark my words, if they're planning for an endless run, the next big conflict is going to be between the "Kill 'em all" hardcores and the peacenik "Love your neighbor" guys like Hay-soos (I refuse to blaspheme and call him by the name the series has given him.)

The lack of military gun fighting skills in the major battles is appalling. Spray, don't even pray, and spray some more.
Too bad there's not a veteran who at least went through basic training to teach one side how to fire accurately in small bursts or single shots. That team would clean up!
