People don’t drive horses. They drive cattle. :)

Honestly, I think it would be more public intox than driving.
Though she looks like she’s had some hard miles.

Looks like she should be sniffing luggage at JFK Airport.

We had a landmark state Supreme Court case here in New Jersey a few years ago that was focused on the merits of a DUI charge outside of the operation of motor vehicles on public roads. It involved an employee at a hockey rink who was charged with DUI for driving the Zamboni while he was drunk. LMAO.

But she was riding a self-driving vehicle.

Weird. Usually the horse drives in these cases. There are a lot of credible stories from the horse and buggy days about people getting lost in the fog, blizzards or just an unfamilar place and the horse gets them jome.
But what's the value of such stories compared to the need to write tickets and raise revenue?

In California you can convicted for driving a bicycle or riding a horse while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. I did not know that while I was riding my bike to and from bars at the beach.

I was sooo hoping for “not guilty” but have just witnessed something that cannot be unseen.
