Isn’t Bill Ayers one of the leaders of Refuse Fascism?

I’ll never understand why he and his wife didn’t rot in prison for what his Weather Underground group did. I assume it was people he was connected with that got them off.

Isn’t Bill Ayers one of the leaders of Refuse Fascism? I’ll never understand why he and his wife didn’t rot in prison for what his Weather Underground group did. I assume it was people he was connected with that got them off.

Ayers has close ties to their parent organization, The Revolutionary Communist Party, as both they (the RCP) and the Weather Underground stem from the 1960s radical 'Students For A Democratic Society' (SDS).
