Damn, I didn’t think they were paying attention to my wagers..

According to a couple of recent articles here I would think it would be of great interest to a number of young women also.

I know a guy that is a very good BB handicapper. He makes a decent living doing it and has for years. He is not even close to this “person”. Makes you go Hummmm.

Some people have that talent. Odds are this person is just a representative for a group and they may be using computers to determine the bets.
I wish I could statistically analyze sports games like some can.

Can’t be him ... his sports almanac “expired” in 2000.
I have a feeling it’s Dr. Sam Beckett. He more than likely got sick and tired of righting all of the wrongs, placing bets and cashing in, stopping at the bar that we saw in the final episode of Quantum Leap, and getting out of that whole leaping business. I can’t blame him.

If I had that Sports Almanac for the past 50 years, you think I would waste my time on FR lol. I would be on a beach somewhere surrounded by hot wowmen with just a laptop to make the bets.

I think I saw this already - in a BACK TO THE FUTURE sequel!

I was kinda pissed last night when Beringer hit to short stop when he erred on the play because had Beringer had run full speed he would have beaten the throw.

Assuming that he's making a straight bet on the outcome (6-7, 5 1/2 - 6 1/2), one win is easy, six is quite difficult even with a computer because there are so many variables and at that level the teams are pretty easily matched. The worst baseball team will still win 30% of games, and the best ones rarely more than 70%. When the best is playing the best, and there's no crazy mismatch of starting pitchers, it is usually more like 55-45. The Dodgers have the 55, but only because of starting pitching.
