To answer your question (from anecdotal evidence), when I owned 1 gun I was no less likely to commit a crime than now, when I own, uh, more than 1. Ditto for every single firearms owner that I’ve ever come across, in multiple states.

As to why that bugs the Left...it is because you can always give a spare gun, ammo and mags to a friend or relative, and multiply your effectiveness against their attempt to impose dictatorial control over your life. Less guns = less opposition to them...which makes me want to buy more guns, ammo and accessories every time I think about them and their proclivities.

How about comparing the number of Oldsmobiles owned in America with Teddy Kennedy’s ability to drive???

IF only 37% ‘own guns in America”, I say that many people did NOT tell the truth to that poll.

Besides-—since such polls are conducted with phone calls & those numbers can be recorded & traced back to the owner, WHY would I answer that question in the first place??????
