The officer was going to give her a break (because vagina) and only cite her for not wearing a seatbelt (ie no points violation) but she talked herself into receiving a 13 mile over speeding ticket he was not originally going to issue.
And she was driving while on her phone (typical).
She tries to get out of it with a fake panic attack and tears. Again, typical child behavior from an adult woman who expects but isn’t getting an exception/special treatment/exemption from the rules.
