Wouldn’t exactly be mother of the year, allowing her son to have been preyed upon like that to gain fame and money, if what Feldman is claiming turned out to be true, would she?

Well, after all, it was just a single incident, right? I mean, every mother should expect that, right? /sarc.
I do agree with one thing, though -— Feldman (along with any other victims) should man-up and name names. Not for our prurient interest, but so the creeps will be exposed and indicted. On the other hand, Woody Allen, Polanski, and several other known pedophiles, seem to continue to enjoy fame, adoration, and fortune, even after being exposed. I blame the legal system for that.

Please don't use feminist shaming language.

That having been said, he doesn't want to get multiple asteroids in the shape of lawsuits thrown at him, and he also most certainly *will* need personal protection. Don't you find it weird that after announcing his campaign, he magically got arrested for marijuana possession? It's to tell him that he can be taken care of any time, anywhere, any place.

Yes, that's a very interesting phenomenon.

I blame the legal system for that.

Maybe. Polanski was convicted. It's not "the legal system's" fault that he's out of the country. I think the audience that still supports Allen and Polanski would do so regardless of their being convicted and jailed. They still support Moumia abu Jamal (Wesley Cook), the convicted cop killer, after all these decades.
