Can you still put a life insurance policy on a stranger?
The standard of value for Agents and their Registered Principles, is "Insurable Interest". I am not sure this is what this gent needs. Being guarded 24/7/365 by former Spec-Operators and having a food tester might be more appropriate IMHO given the history of people affiliated with the Clinton's not reaching their full life potential to put it mildly....
