I don’t think he’s saying it’s okay to rape a woman who’s dressed sexy. He’s saying it’s an assault on men’s senses.
The problem with this is Sharia law says basically the same thing only it says a man is not at fault if he was turned on by the way the woman dressed and acted.
I control what assaults my senses, short of things such as flash-bangs or careening drivers which invoke ‘fight or flight’. Oh yeah, maybe really strong perfume, but how people dress, the mere words they use? the artwork they create or display- anyone who has an issue with those is just a subhuman beast unless the words are a direct threat.
