My attitude has always been that it's wise and just to always take the opposite position as the ACLU on a particular matter.But this one seems suspect...at least as it concerns Hurricane Harvey aid.

Even good politicians (like Abbott) pass bad laws. Perhaps they were well intentioned, but later (like now) the unforeseen consequences come out.

I also distrust the ACLU. They are lying until proven innocent.

Maybe there is truth to this story. Maybe not. I went looking for another POV. Didn’t find one.

But for now - I’ll hold off judgment for or against what this article claims.
