And for those not knowing just what that is, the Mayo Clinic says something along this line: "Narcissistic personality disorder is a mental disorder in which people have an inflated sense of their own importance and ego, a deep need for loving admiration, a complete lack of empathy for others and a compulsion to denigrate any view that does not totally agree with their's. And behind this mask of ultraconfidence lies a fragile self-esteem that's vulnerable to the slightest criticism, slight or any instance of being ignored."
