Mom accused of killing her babies by cooking them alive in oven

An Atlanta mom is accused of killing her 1- and 2-year-old sons by cooking them alive in an oven — and then sending their father footage of the grisly aftermath.

Investigators say Lamora Williams crammed the boys — Ke’Younte Penn, 2, and Ja’Karter Williams,1 — in the oven some time between midnight Thursday and 11 p.m. Friday, the Atlanta Journal Constitution reported.

When I was a child in the early 80s my grandfather's brother was an elderly invalid but he was the biggest racist I ever met. Oh man, get him going and you were in for it. After he passed I asked my mom why he was that way since nobody else in the family was. She told me that he was a fireman in Camden NJ back in the 20s and he told her that when there was a fire white parents would die trying to get their kids out but time and again when he went to a fire in a home with blacks, the parents would get out and leave the kids to die. Taking their burnt bodies out of the houses made him loathe those parents, and ultimately turned him against the whole race.

I struggled with that. Could it be possible that people would be so callous to their own children? I know black people who would NEVER do that. But here we see that maybe there are some, enough, that his stories were legit. Man the idea of it is just stone cold awful.

From the article: "Williams was was arrested on felony murder charges on Saturday and was ordered held without bond in Fulton County jail.............................

"Williams did not show up to her first court appearance Monday."

Something is strange here. Held without bond on Saturday but failed to show up for court on Monday. What was she found dead in her jail cell? I sure hope so.

But even in the New Testament, demons were working on people who were standing within inches of the Son of God. They never rest, never pity, never show remorse.

But with help, they can be rebuked and ignored.

Andrea Yates was in a state of psychosis, detached from reality, and acted without pre-meditation or motive as was documented in her trial and finding of guilty by reason of insanity when she drowned her children. This woman cooked her kids in an oven with the stated intent of filming it and sending it to the father who she was having a dispute with in order to hurt him psychologically.
