Drunk or another seizure or something a lot more serious than a hurt toe. A broken toe doesn't affect handwriting. Why a boot? I'm always breaking toes (really) and have never had to have a boot or anything. There's a lot more to this than she'll ever admit.
Thats what I suspect; either drunk, too hungover, or one of her seizures or other medical issues she and the press has been hiding.
