After making a public statement about the sexual-abuse allegations against Harvey Weinstein, Ben Affleck is facing accusations of his own. The actress Hilarie Burton tweeted yesterday that Affleck grabbed her breast while she was interviewing him on TRL in the mid-200os. (You can see video of the alleged assault here). And this afternoon, Hollywood makeup artist Annamarie Tendler tweeted that Affleck groped her at a Golden Globes party in 2014. “He walked by me, cupped my butt and pressed his finger into my crack,” she wrote.
Tendler added, “Like most women in these situations I didn’t say anything but I have thought a lot about what I’d say if I ever saw him again.” Her husband, the comedian John Mulaney, retweeted her claims.
Affleck tweeted a one-line apology to Burton this morning, but he has yet to address Tendler’s accusations. We have reached out to his representative for comment and will update this post if we hear back.

A new book seeks to expose rampant sex and drugs in the music industry — not only enjoyed by artists, but by the misogynistic record-company executives who sign them to their labels.
Dorothy Carvello — who started out as Ahmet Ertegun’s secretary and became the first female A&R exec at Atlantic Records in the late 1980s, during the pre-digital era when record companies were printing money — is writing “Anything for a Hit” for Chicago Review Press.
“Caligula had nothing on Ahmet Ertegun and his senior executives,” Carvello told me. “Sex, drugs and rock ’n’ roll weren’t limited to the artists.”
...And she said she’ll expose the “sexual payola,” in which artists sleep with record execs to get deals.
“It’s still going on,” Carvello claimed....
I’m Batman.
Harvey was a true mentor to Ben. He learned at the feet of the master.

I cannot presently locate a photo of Ahmet Ertegun with the Clintons but they were at the same theater that Scorcese filmed his Rolling Stones’ concert at. The Rolling Stones posed with the Clintons in that movie (Hillary too) but I can’t find that pic on the google so I know that not every image is coming up.
The hypocrisy of the Left is naked and exposed.
They don’t care about “women’s issues”.
They certainly don’t care about workplace sexual harassment (and clearly gave Bill Clinton a pass for it).
And they don’t give a damn when children are abused by the entertainment corporations.

Predatory men are enabled by ambitious women who will do anything to get ahead.
I don’t feel too sorry for any of the women hanging all over Weinstein in the photos who claim they were either propositioned or actually molested.

Yep that is actually another side to this.
I’m.not excusing or justifying anything Weinstein or anyone else does, in abusing women.
But, just consider, what if some ambitious women, approach powerful men, and indicate a willingness to do just about anything to get ahead?? Then what??
