In the book "Someone is Killing the Great Chefs of Europe", the movie adaption's Robert Morley character hid his wealthy, crazy, and murderous wife in a Swiss Clinic.

(The Morley character goes on to kill the chefs because their food was too good, and he was dying from obesity).
