She watches Highlander (huge fan but I’d rather stick my face up Moochelle obama’a big fat ass before I finish 5 minutes of it) and she couldn’t take Orange is the New Black. When she watches that, I just practice my blackjack / poker skills on the laptop lol.

That sounds like a good plan!

I got hooked on, ‘Downton Abbey’ and Beau knew NOT to pester me when I was, ‘at Downton!’

He did watch some of it with me, and held me while I sobbed during the last episode, LOL!

I grew up in Plano Texas during the 70’s when Dallas was really popular. Went to school with some kids that lived near the house used as the Southfork Ranch home. They has a couple of horses and would go over there on the weekends and let people take pictures on horseback in front of the place for $5. Made a ton of money.

You have to watch it from the begining. It takes all of season 1 just to develop the characters. As the seasons progress you watch them change or “break bad”.

The depths a person has to go to justify thier actions is riveting. Every episode ends making it so you can’t stop watching the next.

By season 3 you are halfway. There would be no way you would understand the complexity of Walter White or the interactions he had with other charactors, both living and dead.

Its just as good the 2nd time also. Since you know the story you can focus on how really increditablly crafted the show is.

AMC did a marathon a couple of months ago. I watched it again.

Its like Sopranos, Goodfellas, Casino ect..whenever its on I watch it.

I know people have differing opinions, and if you don't like BB I respect that and won't be a bother.

But just as Seinfeld started slow and became a juggernaut, so did BB. And BB became good (IMO) right at the first episode. I mean, the show just sucks you in. So I am kindly asking you to give it another chance.

Great example- again no sarcasm. I didn’t like Seinfeld either. Other than his stand up bit at the beginning I found it as funny as a toothache.
