My bet..illegal alien..only an illegal would be released from custody..remember, they are the protected class here, the rest of us, not so much..my prayers go out to this beautiful mother and her family
Drunk drivers are rarely held for any length of time, even if they kill people. I just hope that she had some liability insurance, so the husband/father can get some compensation. Six children without a mother.
