He may have had a gun license, but remember that the concert was a ‘gun-free zone’. If he had a CCW, I doubt he’d have been allowed to carry it in the venue, concealed or not.
It’s getting to the point where you’re going to NEED to concealed carry wherever you go. If it’s a place you can’t, you don’t go in....simple as that.
He just never shoulda been there.
