This is something that should not happen, Joep van Lieshout, the collectives founder, said in a telephone interview. A museum should be an open place for communication. The task of the museum and the press is to explain the work.

"The museum also raised concerns about the sculpture, which is 40 feet high, being situated near a childrens playground."

The kids in the playground are gonna pick right up on that.
Just like that planet...you know which one...
To: BenLurkin
Ok. I see it. The artist is a pervert.
To: BenLurkin
It should be titled “Dog Pound”

Exposing to kids to man/animal sex.
Talk about getting to them at an early age.

Is a pervert and wants to use museums to advance perversion.
Sadly, it’s not surprising. In the wake of “gay” marriage, this was foreseen and predicted.

Gauche, tacky and immature.

Well, it does look that way. What in the world was the Louvre thinking when they accepted this...oh, wait, I forgot about France’s huge Muslim population.
To them, this is probably kool. Khomeni’s first published writings were an “ask the mullah” column, in which he told a questioner that Islam said it was okay to use a chicken for sex (during which they apparently strangle the chicken) but you shouldn’t eat it afterwards, although you may sell it in the market.

It’s an animal. Hence the title “Domesticator”

Have they pulled any Koran texts?
Or is it only The Bible they find offensive?

and this painting remains in one of the main display halls.... oh, sure, there are tons of theories on its inner meaning behind the British crown... whatever.

Oh, ok, so McCarthy’s “tree sculpture” was just fine?
