Don’t know about ghosts, but I’ve seen something I can’t and never will explain.
Hellary? Obama? Pelosi? Any number of demonrats?
Seen, no. My parents house has had doors open and close, crashing sounds that wake people up at night and nothing out of place, items disappear and show up in weird places, bed shaking, etc... My wife didnt believe me until one she came out of the bathroom about 2:00am and looked down hallway and saw the apparition of man from waist up, no legs in kitchen. Other relatives have seen blurs go by their bedroom door and them at the house alone. I had a friend feel her shorts get yanked hard and she looked at me and said is there a kid in kitchen with us? No , just me,you and Mom and there is table between us. Her face turned white and she something touched me and yanked on my shorts! Sorry it wasnt us!
Friends, relatives and neighbors have all experienced weird stuff there.
I’ve never ‘seen’ a ghost - and I don’t believe in ‘ghosts’ as remnants of human beings who have died, but whose ephemeral ‘bits’ are still hanging around here. I think that sort of phenomena are probably just some kind of ‘recording’ that has imprinted upon the physical plane - perceptible by some, in some circumstances - in a way that our current science doesn’t yet understand.
BUT! I had a compelling dream the night my father died, where he came to me, kissed me, and wordlessly said goodbye. The extraordinary thing is that he looked exactly like pictures of him at the age of about 22 that I had seen, though he died at the age of about 65. I’ve read of many similar experiences, and nobody can tell me that my experience of that vision and kiss was just ‘psychological’; when you’ve actually experienced these things, you KNOW.
There are stories in my family history of sounds/visions related to recent deaths that the percipients couldn’t have known about. I think almost every family has stories like this.
There is only one Mind, at base. When the moment has been right, many of us have accessed that mind for knowledge, reassurance, and often without even willing to do so.
(Art Bell used to do a show every Hallowe’en which he called ‘Ghost to Ghost’, as a play on his usual radio show ‘Coast to Coast’. It would be fun and interesting to do something like that on FR, this year.)
