Will we always wonder now if a team is throwing a game in order
to make a political statement?
THAT’s a real problem now that will take years to resolve.

These guys are motivate by big money more than anything. I don’t think they would give up the big bucks throwing games would entail.
You thinking that they would be sticking it to the owners by doing that?
I'd say to not give them the benefit of doubt.
Play by their rules and accuse them outright of throwing the game and put them on the defensive. Make them explain that they didn't throw the game.
Make them earn back the trust of the fans.
