You are kidding I hope. If not check out some of his songs. He was a fantastic singer with many hits in the 60s and 70s.
He came out of the Rockabilly wave like Elvis, Johnny Cash and Jerry Lee Lewis.

“Town Without Pity” and “Liberty Valence” are two of his huge hits.

Wrong. "Town Without Pity" and "Liberty Valence" were hits by Gene Pitney, not Roy Orbison. I remember them well.

Ha. You’re thinking of ROY Orbison. He was in the Traveling Wilburys with George Harrison, Petty, Dylan and Jeff Lynn.
