As I mentioned last week, assuming that Moore wins decisively, Trump may finally come to realize that this movement was never about him, it was about HIS IDEAS, and the fact that he’s willing to take the fight to the enemy.
In fact, I suspect that most people were like me, thinking that with 16 candidates and Trump’s shady political history, there wasn’t even a need for him in 2016...and we’d be better off without him...
...until he actually spoke and forced the other 16 candidates, all of them, to really let us know what fakes they were.
Trump knows - and has said repeatedly - that his election was "a movement" and not about him or about the Republican Party. The moment he forgets that he is toast.
Having said that Trump has made some errors, some worse than others. Example: Jeff Sessions is a potentially catastrophic error.
Trump's endorsement of Strange is an error but not a major one by any stretch.
