Not only are students able to indicate their gender and sexual orientation, they are able to update this information over the course of their time at UMass. Students can log in to their SPIRE account and under Gender and Sexual Identity in the My Personal Information tab, they are given options such as androgyne, trans, bisexual and more. High school students applying to UMass through The Common Application are given the option to indicate their gender and sexuality as well.

It’s getting to the point where it’s safer jusrt to just refer to everyone as a**holes, since that’s one thing everyone has. >:(

Still a few steps from mandatory disclosure...but THAT’S coming.
It is only of interest to those looking to “hook up”.
Might as well have them include “Favorite comic strip or game show”.
I do not understand why anyone cares enough to broadcast it. The only people who should care what I “identify as” are those who wish to date me. Otherwise, we should keep our delusions to ourselves.
