If I was forced to make a choice, the cheeseburger would be my favorite food.

I am trying to stay away from carbs, so the other day I took a heavy leaf of romaine, topped it with shredded cheddar cheese (bacon infused), salt and pepper and sliced baby bella mushrooms. Cooked my burgers in the pan, added them to the leaf, added sliced cheese and topped it with another leaf. Nuked it for twenty seconds to complete the “gluing” process.

Didn’t look all that attractive, and ate it with a knife and fork, but man it was gooooood!

Low Carb Big Mac Salad:
Rehydrate 1 T dehydrated onion bits in a spoonful of hot water.

Nuke some brown ground beef in a bowl and one slice of American cheese. While still hot, add the rehydrated onion, shredded lettuce, chopped dill pickle (or pickle relish) and LC thousand island dressing.

LC Thousand Island Dressing:
1 1/4 C mayo
2 T ketchup
2 T dill pickle relish
dash worchestershire
1 T vinegar
4 t Splenda

Tastes just like a Big Mac and an easy take to work lunch.
