High fat, low carb, moderate protein. I believe that high protein is a bad thing, for the sedentary types.

That is a very good point. When I was young I rode my bicycle approximately 300 miles a week for most of the year. I needed to eat a lot to get through rides that were typically 40 to 100 miles. My dietary needs were a lot different than they are these days.

My whole grain carbs are of plenty. They pour right from the bottle.
