Happens all the time. A young girl will think she is mature for her age and sees a better time with an older man. Why pedal around with kids who can barely afford ice cream when a man will drive you in a nice car and buy you diamonds?
In my younger days carousing the clubs of NYC, I encountered many young highschool girls with fake ID who made themselves look older. Most 12yo wouldnt pass but 13-15 was fairly common.
