I don't necessarily like to pay $30,000 to get a master's when I feel I already have the knowledge

If you already know everything, why do you need to pay, even at a discount, for a piece of paper to prove it?

(If you knew anything, you would also know that you have much more to learn, no matter how you are.)

$8100 for a useless degree from a diploma mill? Ridiculous! For an accredited diploma mill you pay ten times that for a useless degree!

I say that as someone who has been through both Princeton and Harvard. (Full disclosure: Princeton and Harvard are two small towns on Route 6 in Idaho, near Potlatch...)
