I watched the online first episode of Orville last night. The previews looked promising. The show though was pitiful. Figure it will quickly crash and burn. Not sure what else if anything is out this fall—as I really don’t watch TV at all—but if this represents the caliber of production, then it will be a bad season.

The Orville initial episode heavily ripped off Galaxy Quest.

I had high hopes for that show although I haven’t watched it yet as I recorded it.

I do know the answer. More gays. More edgy, anti-family, leftist pabulum. More commercials packed in. I’m certain if they add more of all these their troubles will be over!

I doubt that I’ve ever seen a more derivative show in my life. Everything on that show was cribbed from earlier work. Trite hackneyed and old. With gratuitous peni$ jokes added.
