The Alarmists try to claim special status for Harvey due to the high volume of precipitation, but that was driven by the fact that it stalled in one area over Texas rather than moving on, and that was not “climate change” but simply the transitory atmospheric front and wind conditions which happened to prevail in those couple of days.

Also, it had to sit for five days to make the record and the 24 hour record rainfall is 42 inches.
