Rockets owner Leslie Alexander has reached an agreement to sell the team to Houston billionaire Tilman Fertitta for an NBA-record $2.2 billion, according to multiple reports on Tuesday morning.

If it was “wrong” for Pete Rose to bet on his own team, how can a team owner make bank taking bets on games?

Watch a lot of college ball but haven’t followed the NBA since the days Julius Irving Maurice Cheeks, Bobby Jones. I had to look up who is on the Houston team.

Tillman Fertita sounds like an Italian dish.
He had a big billboard in the Galleria for a few months, advertising “Billion Dollar Buyer”, a show I never heard of and never saw.
I naturally assumed he was a leftist doosh.
