To me it looks like he doesnt gain full control until he is on his second step...out of bounds.
Texas A&M’s coach or offensive play-caller deserves to be fired for this epic loss. Their second half QB, Mond, finished the game with 3-of-17 completions. Their running game dominated the first half, and they finished 382 yards on the ground... and despite these facts, with a 44-10 lead, and only 19 minutes left in the game, they called more pass plays than running plays. They had EIGHT incomplete passes in this time period... basically donating an extra 8 timeouts to the Bruins, as they were racing back into the game. It was unreal that they kept going back to a QB who could not complete a pass at all, when their runners were so dominant.
Here’s a bad call for the ages;
“Mizzou TD taken away for excessive celebration after RB dives into end zone”
The offense scored enough to win. Can the defense coach
Score tied at end of regulation.
"California Tie breaker system" is in force: Ball placed at midfield. Each team is allowed four plays, alternating from one team to the other. After each team has run four plays, whichever side of the 50 the ball is on, that team is declared the winner.
After Lakewood has run its fourth play the ball is on the 46 and Bishop Amat has the ball and one play left (to win they need to gain just over four yards).
Haden drops back, throws an incompletion as he is hit. You guessed: Flag, Roughing the passer. Five yards. Amat wins
Other than that I am sorry, but I do not know. I have a feeling though this one will be replayed.
I would place blame on the Defensive coordinator. They lost because of lack of defense.
Yes. I am a fan of most Texas teams but the Aggies lost this one simply by the coach’s horrific clock management. The momentum was totally against them on the road... They had 15-20 seconds on every play (that was not an incomplete pass or out of bounds) where they could have run off the clock down during most of the fourth quarter. Seems like at least 3 minutes additional they could have run off. Game over. They did not play to win when it comes to the clock. Think about what Bellicheck and Brady or in college, Saban, would have done with that 4th quarter clock to ensure UCLA ran out of time.
They had 3 more shots and yes he was changing hands so it was an incomplete. They would have scored anyway.
Even though both my kids graduated from A & M and I’m a big Aggie fan (except when they play UT) I agree with you.
Our “Aggies” have a history of blowing HUGE leads....no matter the coach!
A&M lost their starting QB with them leading 38-10, and his replacement was ineffective.
Been a brutal weekend for starting QBs, FSU’s Deondre Francois is out for the season, and Georgia’s starting QB, Jacob Eason is out for awhile, as well.
Looks like the NY Yankees network (YES) will carry it for a few days and Fox Sports regional outlets as well, Fox Sports Arizona, Fox Sports San Diego, Fox Sports 2, Fox Sports Wisconsin, Fox Sports West, Prime Ticket, etc.
Check the online listings for your, or her, carrier and location, then do a search for Texas A&M UCLA. I’ve also been using TitanTV.com
Exactly...Just before his left foot hit the ground he had control of the ball...
He didn't fumble the ball...That means he had control of it...

Awesome!!! Here is a big kiss: ((())) Going to tape it right now! Thanks!
Found it at midnight on one of those channels and taped it for her! You did your good deed for the day; go rest!
You’re welcome! The sun is just dipping below the yardarm here so I am preparing fresh peaches for peach daquiris and then I’ll start the charcoal for grilling steaks. Now that I’m discussing all this, the meal seems to be calling out for a red wine from Paso Robles, better decant that now. No rest for the wicked!
