CA has basically made the central coast off limits using numerous excuses and reasons. Where the homes are allowed, prices along that entire stretch of coast are off the charts. and much of it’s they’ve made off limits intentionally.
No only that, CA has basically declared they don’t want Trump supporters or Middle American types in the state.
