Thanks for the link. What he wrote in 1988 works today. I find Libertarianism to be sterile. It is as fine as far as it goes regarding individual rights, but based on what? What morality? IIRC, the LP is almost equally divided on abortion. A baby is property or is it a life? No conservative would think of the unborn as chattel.
