Francisco was guilty of a DUI and one count of a class 3 felony aggravated assault. The “presumed” sentence for this level of felony is 7.5 years. This crybaby got off easy spending only one year in jail.
I’m starting to think Chelsea is actually mentally retarded. Her capacity to tweet stupidity and foolishness is unlimited.
