First look at what we eat and drink. Reducing sugars and artificial sweeteners such as aspartame in our diets would be helpful.

Their are cultures that have low rates of Alz, thier diet includes a great deal of coconut oil and I believe India has low rates contributed to the wonderful spices often used in Indian Cooking. So do we add these to the water instead? I say this not to be a smart-@zz, but to point out individuals can take steps if they feel they need to possibly counteract the effects of x, y, or z "dis-ease" not putting another additive in our water.

What could go wrong?

Lithium is the last drug of choice because of its side effects and near toxicity for therapeutic levels. That's why it has to be monitored.

Long term severe shakes are common. My brother has this and can barely write anymore.

The idea of Lithium in the tap water is NOT A GOOD IDEA.
