I still think this is a joke. The employees didn’t notice anything and she is on video outside of the store? Not buying it unless the store didn’t want to stop her because she’s black.

I know of major retailers that don’t allow their employees to confront shoplifters. They’re afraid of lawsuits. If shoplifter is confronted and there is violence, the retailer is subject to lawsuits. That’s what having too many bad lawyers has done to our society.
