Where the hell are the store employees? And why no one watching the exit and asking to see that bag of hers as she walks out of the store without making a purchase? After ten minutes in the aisles acting suspiciously? With another customer watching her? Really? What good is the CCTV if these POS can walk in and decimate the stock with the help of an empty bag? I think “inside job”. Employees all fired is the only good that can come out of this video.

My niece works as a checker at a discount grocery in the minority section of town in the CA Central Valley.
All employees are told to NOT confront shoplifters, for their own safety.
Degenerates regularly fill their baskets and walk out without paying. She says there are even regulars.
They can only call the cops, who rarely get there in time.
