I'm glad Trump pardoned Arpaio, but I'm worried this is being used to placate the base and counter unpopular decisions that are much more important to the nation. Pardoning Arpaio is something that's very popular with the base, but it's also pretty insignificant when you look at the bigger picture.

It wasn’t insignificant to Joe or his family- He was being railroaded by a mean vicious vindictive left- what they were trying to do to him was totally unjust- standing up for justice is never insignificant because it affects us all
